Specification
Turning "we need a new line" into a document a supplier can quote against and an engineer can accept against. Most projects go wrong here.
We run vendor selection for mid-market manufacturers — writing the specification, building the shortlist, managing the RFP, and sitting on your side of the table at award.
Services
Turning "we need a new line" into a document a supplier can quote against and an engineer can accept against. Most projects go wrong here.
Market scan, capability screening, structured RFP, and a scored comparison you can put in front of a board without defending the arithmetic.
Commercial review, acceptance criteria tied back to the specification, and a handover pack your maintenance team will still understand in year eight.
Sectors
We stay inside process and discrete manufacturing. Outside these sectors we will say so and point you at someone who knows the equipment better than we do.
Independence
A day rate or a fixed project fee, invoiced to you. That is the whole model.
We take no commission, referral fee, rebate, or marketing money from any supplier, and we do not resell equipment. If a vendor offers, we tell you they offered.
The reason is practical rather than principled: a shortlist is only worth paying for if the person who built it had no reason to prefer one name on it.
Tell us what the equipment has to do and when it has to be running. We will tell you whether the timeline is real.
